GPSR (PRINTFUL)
General Product Safety Regulation (GPSR) (For Products Supplied by Printful)
The General Product Safety Regulation (GPSR) is a new key instrument in the EU product safety legal framework, effective from December 13, 2024. The GPSR requires all consumer products in the EU (and Northern Ireland) markets to be safe and establishes specific obligations for businesses to ensure this. The regulation applies to non-food products and all sales channels. The EU regulation requires to disclose the contact information of economic operators, such as the manufacturer and/or a responsible person in the EU, to communicate with authorities and customers.Â
Mangolink Shop operates in conjunction with print-on-demand (POD) suppliers (Printful ). These POD suppliers’ source and print the products sold on Mangolink Shop and deliver them directly to customers, while Mangolink Shop provides the designs and marketing. As Mangolink Shop is a business located in the EU, for the purposes of GPSR, Mangolink Shop is considered as the manufacturer of the products sold on Mangolink Shop. As per EU Directive 2019/771, sellers in the EU must provide a two-year warranty. This has been the case since January 2002, as was established by Directive 1999/44/EC. This means that sellers provide a refund or replacement within two years only for faulty goods, or goods that don’t look or work as advertised. For example, an overworn item with a new defect would not count as faulty. Printful provides washing and care instructions for printed garments, which can be found here: Washing Instructions.

We don’t offer returns and exchanges, but if there’s something wrong with your order, please let us know by contacting us at office@mangolink.com Refunds are only offered to customers that receive the wrong items or damaged items. If any of these apply, please contact us at office@mangolink.com with photos of wrong/damaged items, and we’ll sort that out for you.
Can I exchange an item for a different size/colour? At this time, we don't offer exchanges. If you’re unsure which size would fit better, check out our sizing charts in the product description section. Though rare, it's possible that an item you ordered was mislabeled. If that’s the case, please let us know at office@mangolink.com within a week after receiving your order. Include your order number and photos of the mislabeled item, and we’ll send you a new one or issue a refund!
Any claims for misprinted, damaged, or defective items must be submitted within 30 days after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on Printful's part are covered at their expense.
If you notice an issue with the products or anything else on the order, please send a problem report to Mangolink Shop (office@mangolink.com), who will contact Printful.
The return address is set by default to the Printful facility where the order was fulfilled, which is printed on the packing slip. When they receive a returned shipment, an email notification will be sent to you via Mangolink Shop. (office@mangolink.com)
Wrong AddressÂ
If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to the Printful facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once they have confirmed an updated address with you (if and as applicable).
UnclaimedÂ
Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to Printful's facility, and you will be liable for the cost of a reshipment to yourself.

Printful does not refund orders for the buyer's remorse (except for customers in Brazil).
Notification for EU consumers: According to Article 16(c) and (e) of the Directive 2011/83/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council of 25 October 2011 on consumer rights, the right of withdrawal may not be provided for:
- the supply of goods that are made to the consumer's specifications or are clearly personalized;
- sealed goods that were unsealed after delivery and thus aren't suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons; therefore, Printful reserves the right to refuse returns at its sole discretion.
